Use of Zoning Applicable Law Certificate. You will need Zoning approval of the address to determine permitted use and require accurate floor plans/schematics of the rentalable space as part of the application submission, to acquire Zoning Applicable Law Certificate. We can assist you with this process and floor plans. Upon approval of the application from Toronto Buildings you are required to apply to Municipal Licensing and Standards to be Licensed as a multi-tenant property.
